Pulling out is no solution
To be honest: I don't know. And none of the Candidates do. I don't think that it will be possible to pull out the troops without having anti-american forces take over in the region. The US-friendly government is not strong enough there. Bush keeps the troops there because he is afraid that the whole region will get under the influence of islamists - and this would be the exact opposite of what he had intended in the first place. |
